The program consists of theory, practice and practical learning. The program takes place remotely. You will be sent preparatory literature prior to the training.
In half day 1 we consider what is different in a hybrid environment and what does that mean for you? Insight into what makes online communication challenging and what are the principles of asynchronous working? What does remote working do to people?
Reflection on your leadership style in a virtual environment. What are the building blocks of remote leadership? What are your strengths and what needs development? What are the roles of a leader and how does that impact your team?

Our leadership program in a hybrid organization is designed in such a way that you work on concrete assignments in your own team to implement hybrid working together. Your learning needs are our starting point.

This program is intended for managers who are looking for reflection and inspiration and concrete tools to get started tomorrow. The participants work on their own learning question. The trainers use online working methods such as polls, digital whiteboard, breakout rooms and chats. The participant will therefore immediately start applying skills in 'online facilitation'.
